Shah Alam become a silent city today

Share

It is like a routine for everyone to going back to kampong every time the festive season is coming such as today the Hari Raya Aidilfitri. For some people, going back to kampong brings the nostalgic memory especially when they celebrate it with their families. Besides that, going back to kampong also is a part of "running away from the busy city", release tension from busy work, and find the peace of a calm village.

Me? Of course I just plan to stay here to feel how it would be like during the Hari Raya at the Shah Alam. Thinking of stayed at my uncle house at Setiawangsa is my last choice unless if I real it like "a dead city with no one here". Hehe... so I go check around and take a picture of it...

Here it goes... my 1st time experience stayed at the Shah Alam that used to be a crouded place with the foreigners, student and other resident of Shah Alam People....

This parking lot at the Shah Alam Civic Center (SACC) used to be full with car parked at here. But today you can see that only a few of can and a lot of empty space. Besides that, PKNS and SACC shopping complex (not mention about Plaza Alam Sentral because I didn't go there to check it out) is close to public due to the Public Holiday; "Hari Raya Aidilfitri" and most of them not to go shopping during this day.

These two picture also used to be a lot of car and motorcyclist using these roads. Sometimes these roads become crowded with vehicles and cause of traffic jam especially during peak hour. But today, only a few can be seen...

Perhentian Bandar Utama used to be a lot of Rapid KL bus and the passenger waiting for the bus picking them up is a little bit sorrow today. Only a few bus are working which is they reduce the number of bus and the services due to the holiday. As usual the number of passenger during these days also no as many as usual. Most of them are already going back to kampong.

Other places also have the same situation... So no wander only a few people are the real citizen of Shah Alam. Most of them who make Shah Alam look crowded who are stayed at Shah Alam for working of studied here are from other places. When the festive season coming, Shah Alam turn to a silent city. Almost like a city that being abundant by the people...

at the Plaza Masalam Junction...
